Returns & Refund Policy

THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING TO PURCHASE WITH US.  

This Return Policy governs Precision Hydraulic & Oil’s acceptance of returns.

Return or exchange any item with original purchase receipt within 10 days as NEW requires that item must be in original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be denied. Credit will be issued to the same card used for purchase; card must be present at time of return.

Conditions

Some merchandise, including opened oil, spill tackle, cleaners, additives, grease, fluids, gaskets and electrical/electronic goods are non-refundable. Third party or other outsourced merchandise, including certain Special Order, Commercial Tools and equipment are all subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Clearance and “AS IS” merchandise are non-refundable.

Precision Hydraulic & Oil reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time, for any reason. Precision Hydraulic & Oil reserves the right to require a valid photo ID that will be recorded at the time of return. 

Non-Returnable Items

The list below provides a high-level list of merchandise that is classified as non-returnable per our Return Policy. Some parts may be denied return because they share the same categorization as their electrical counterparts (i.e. fuel pumps). In these cases, the Team Member may override the denial and process the return. This list represents most but not necessarily all of the non-returnable parts. Contact us for assistance:

Any order discrepancies or damages must be called in to customer service within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
